The last few months have seen us evolve into a virtual firm and, on behalf of our Board, I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our colleagues for adapting swiftly to the rapidly changing environment and helping us to shine during such difficult times. I am proud and inspired by the way our company has responded to the challenge with courage, responsibility and discipline, striving always to maintain client service levels as high as possible.
Our first priority is safely and we need to do all we can to avoid spreading the virus.
Business continuity is also key and as the government has begun to ease the lockdown, we have begun to see a return to some semblance of normality but remain cautious. We need to ensure that our colleagues and clients feel safe in a covid-secure office environment as the economy shows signs of recovery from deep recession and we continue our preparations for a gradual return to base – we expect to announce our plans shortly. As an advisor, colleague, father, husband and son, I am aware of the need to juggle ever-changing challenges and have no doubt that this crisis will bring about changes to the way we think and work – our plans for the future will reflect these changes.
Our clients remain at the centre of our considerations and require our advice and expertise at this time, more than ever before, to help them navigate their way through these turbulent times. We remain committed to meeting and exceeding their expectations.
I am confident that working together we will not only get through this crisis but learn from this experience and evolve better for the future.
Thank you very much for your support.
